- Take Two Interactive has officially announced Bioshock 2 for Xbox 360, the game is set for an Autumn 2009 release in US. In addition, over 2 million copies of Bioshock has been shipped worldwide for Xbox 360 and PC.

- Capcom announced Lost Planet Colonies for Xbox 360, the game will be released on May 29, 2008 in Japan. Lost Planet Colonies will have new Score Attack and Trial Battle modes, a female character, 10 new weapons and 4 new locations, and it is possible to battle online with PC users.

- Bandai Namco announced the Xbox Live Arcade game Mr. Driller Online will be released in Japan sometimes in Spring 2008.

- Microsoft announced a price cut of the Xbox 360 line of consoles in Europe, the Xbox 360 Arcade will be Euro 199.99 on March 14; Xbox 360 Premium with 20GB HD will be Euro 269.99; and the Xbox 360 Elite with 120GB HD will be Euro 369.99.

- Bandai Namco announced a new update of Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection will be available on March 18, which will have a number of new features such as Pickup Match and DualShock 3 support.

- Konami president Famiaki Tanaka mentioned that he expects Metal Gear Solid 4 to sell 1 million copies in Japan.

- The Official PlayStation Magazine confirmed that Sony is working on MotorStorm 2 for PS3, the game will have tracks in tropical environment, with sections in water and trees on the sides. There will be new vehicles such as ATV, rally cars and monster trucks. The game will also support more players online.

- Gamefly reported that Konami is working on Elebits 2 for Wii, the release date is August 2008 in US.

- Capcom confirmed that the Wii version of Biohazard 0 will have a low price tag of 3990 yen when it hits Japan in summer 2008.

- Nintendo confirmed that WiiWare will launch in Japan on March 25 with 9 titles, each game will cost between 500 to 1500 Wii points.

- Hudson announced that the classic puzzle game Tetris will be coming to WiiWare in Japan in summer 2008, the game will have Wi-Fi support for online duals.

- Banpresto will release the simulation RPG Summon Night 2 for NDS in Japan this summer.

- Konami president Fumiaki Tanaka confirmed to Nikkei News that the Metal Gear Solid producer Hideo Kojima is working on a new title which is not part of the Metal Gear series, Kojima has already designed the game concepts.
