- Capcom revealed new details on its upcoming arcade fighting game Street Fighter IV:
- The game now includes Guile, Blanka, Chun Li, E. Honda, Zangief and Dhalsim
- Super Combos will be available, there is a more power Ultra Combos in the game
- Street Fighter IV will be available in summer 2008
- The game will be heading to both PS3 and Xbox 360, but release date is unknown.

- Microsoft announced new downloadable content for Mass Effect called Bring Down The Sky will be available in Xbox Live Marketplace on March 10, 2008, for 400 Microsoft Points. The play time will be around 90 minutes.

- Nintendo announced the Wii kart racing game Mario Kart will be released in Japan on April 10, 2008, for 5800 yen. The game will have Mii character support, you can use your Mii characters in the race, and up to 12 players can battle online.
- Bandai Namco announced the Tales RPG Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World will be coming to Wii in US this year.

- UNCONFIRMED: EGM reported that Sony will release a PS2 version of God of War: Chains of Olympus in 2008.
- UNCONFIRMED: EGM reported that Sony will launch a new motion sensing controller for PS2, which is similar to the Wii Remote and Nunchuk.

- Sega announced English of the Dead for NDS, a new shooting and English practice game featuring zombies from The House of the Dead series. In the game each zombie will be attached with different Japanese words, and you have to write the English translation with the stylus to attack the zombies. The game will be released in Spring 2008.

- Sony will release a new 2200mAH Battery Pack for PSP Slim (PSP-2000) in Japan on March 19, for 5500 yen. The new battery will have an operating time of 11 hours after fully charged, and it will be available in black, white and silver.
- UNCONFIRMED: EGM reported that Sony's PS3 shooter Everyday Shooter will be released on PSP.
- Sony announced over 2 million copies of the PSP action game Daxter were sold since March 2006.
