- Mistwalker will release Blue Dragon: Role Playing Card Game for NDS in Japan in March 2008, a card battle RPG title which is being developed by AQ Interactive.
- Mistwalker also announced Away Tsuresaru Hibobito for NDS, a new RPG featuring character designs from Naoto Oshima, music from Nobuo Uematsu and Artoon will be responsible for development. The game is scheduled to release in Japan on January 31, 2008.

- Hudson announced Momotarou Dentetsu 16 Gold for Xbox 360, the latest work of the popular Momotarou table game series. The game is scheduled for release on December 6, 2007, for 6090 yen.
- UNCONFIRMED: Microsoft will release the new Xbox 360 Arcade Console in US in late October 2007, for US$279.99. This version is a replacement of Xbox 360 Core. The new version will have an HDMI port, wireless controller, 256MB memory card and 5 XBLA arcade games, including Boom-Boom Rocket, Pac-man, Uno, Feeding Frenzy and Luxor 2.

- Nippon Ichi announced the PS3 simulation RPG Makai Senki: Disgaea 3 will be released in Japan in winter 2007.
- Logicool will release a bluetooth keyword for PS3 called Cordless MediaBoard Pro in Japan on October 25, for 9980 yen. The keyboard has a built-in touch pad which serves as a mouse and function keys mapped to the XMB user interface.

- Square Enix announced the PSP RPG remake Star Ocean: The First Departure will be released in Japan on December 27, 2007.
- Sting announced Yggdra Union: We'll Never Fight Alone for PSP, an enhanced version of the popular GBA tactical simulation RPG from 2006, featuring new characters, scenarios and stories. The game will be released in Japan on January 14, 2008, for 4980 yen.
