- Sony announced a number of new games will be available for PS3 via e-distribution, including:

• Blast Factor (Bluepoint Games) - an arcade shooter with classical gameplay and new elements. The game supports 1080p, Sixaxis and online ranking
• flOw (Thatgamecompany LLC) - a puzzle game in which you steers an organism in the water, the game supports 1080p and worldwide ranking
• Criminal Crackdown (Sony) - an action game
• Go Sudoku (Sony) - the popular puzzle game

• Swizzleblocks (Sony) - a new puzzle game

- From Software has released a new preview video of its PS3 RPG Enchant Arm, ported over from Xbox 360. The PS3 version will be released in 2007.

- Q Entertainment and Microsoft have released the Xbox Live Arcade game Lumines Lives! for Xbox 360, which can be downloaded at Xbox Live Market Place for US$14.99 or 1200 points. There is also a Advance Pack which features 22 new skins, for $7.5 or 600 points.

- Here are some new images of Sony's PSP port of the classic music & rhythm game Parappa the Rapper, the game will have new 4 players mode over Wi-Fi, you can also download 5 new tunes online.....

- Konami announced Parodius Portable for PSP, a collection of five classic shooters, including Parodius (1990), Gokujou Parodius (1994), Sexy Parodius (1996), Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius (1995) and a secret game. Parodius Portable will be released in Japan in January 2007.

- Konami also announced Twinbee Portable for PSP, a collection of five classic shooters, including Twinbee (1985), Datana! Twin Bee (1991), Twin Bee Yahoo! (1995), Twin Bee (1996), and a secret game. Twinbee Portable will be released in Japan in January 2007.

- A third classic collection from Konami! It is Salamander Portable, which includes five classic shooters: Salamander (1986), Lifeforce (1987), Salamander 2 (1996), Xexex (1991) and a secret game. Salamander Portable is also coming out in January 2007.

- Rockstar Games announced a PSP version of the action game The Warriors will be released in Europe in December 2006.
