Updates on SMS sales
For the week of August 12th of 2002 - August 18th. Super Mario Sunshine reclaimed the top position, after playing 3rd place for two weeks in a roll, Mario storm back into #1 with 43,148 units sold last week, bringing to a grand total of 530,838 since July 19.

UPDATE: According to Media Create newest sale numbers. Super Mario Sunshine has sold nearly 600,000 units. Aslo making a return to the top seller were Animal Forst Plus and Super Smash Bros. Melee, which has sold more than 1.2 million copies.

Yes, I can't wait to see the console chart and the software chart for this week and the next week. It will be good to see Nintendo back on top over Sony for a change.

Nintendo will probably never top Sony this generation. But the Cube is gonna do a lot better than the N64 did. I mean the gamecube is gonna pick up some steam now that mario has released in America. Super Monkey Ball 2 is also a big seller for casual gamerz. Nintendo is really gonna roll now. I mean they've got about 100+ games comin out from here until christmas.
