Should Capcom Hang up the fighting Gloves?

Well...no!
Its true they are doing an awful job with CFJ, but they also did wonders like SF3, CVS2 and MVC2. Since those games, CFJ is their first returning effort. Before SFA3 there was also SFA1 wich wasnt marvelous. I read in an interview with a capcom europe staff that capcom has several 2D fighting games in development right now, so CFJ may be the stepping stone they need to come back, even if its an awfully shaped stepstone. I definetly havent lost my hope in Capcom has of yet...

I think everybody that worked on the old Capcom Fighters now work for SNK and Sammy.

Wha't the point I had high hopes for CFJ but if the roster they have now is the final this game is gonna suck

Pah, more BS. You just don't know when to give up, do you. Especially since one of SNK's premiere artists is now on Capcom's payroll. SNK is still recovering from the helter skelter the company has gone through in the past few years. It'll be a while before they're anywhere near their former glory days.

the biggest reason CVS2 is such a good game:

SNK characters


The last Capcom-only game that was outstanding was SFA3. Third Strike was ok, but Capcom really sucks at making new characters.

Errr newsflash, Capcom doesn't limit themselves to fighting games.

And CvS2 being good because of SNK characters is a hoot. Why don't you complete that circle of stupidity and say that SNK vs. Capcom sucked because of Capcom characters.

Finally, Third Strike was better then anything SNK has released in the last five years.
