If you were stuck on a deserted island with only three games...
If you were stuck on a desert island ...and happened to stumble upon a generator, a flat high def television, and a lazyboy...what three games would you bring with you?
1. Chrono Trigger, Super Nintendo 2. Daytona USA, Sega Dreamcast 3. Sonic & Knuckes, Segas Genesis

Hmmm....
1) Alundra (PS) 2) Street Fighter Alpha 2 (Saturn) 3) Final Fantasy VII (PS) That's how I feel right at the present time. Those games offer longevity and funfactor.

I assume you chose SFA2 for the same reason I chose Daytona...because we both can keep getting better at those games for eons!

Yup, and everything about titles such as these makes them truly great: The creativity present, the readily-apparent greatness of the gameplay and game mechanics, the unique look and feel, the soundtracks....

Crimson Skies (Xbox) so I could go online and tell people to come get me (you didn't say I couldn't).
Super Monkeyball 64 (Gamecube) Daytona USA (Dreamcast) By the way, do they make HDTV's that are NOT flat screen? |

1. Metal Gear Solid (PSX)
2. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES) 3. Ico (PS2) Hmm...these really don't seem like the greatest choices, but I can't really think of any other games I'd be dying to play. Maybe Day of Defeat, since I might get bored of Metal Gear Solid and Ico to quickly, but I don't know... |

I'd probably bring Super Mario World, for the GBA. Even though I've beaten it 100%, with 9,999,999 points, 999 lives, 99 coins, and 99 bonus stage point things, I still need to get all the Yoshi coins.
Kirby Adventure for the NES is rockin. Advance War would be awesome, but if I could, I'd probably take along Famicom Wars instead. |
