yeah, Secret of Mana is great, and Legend of Mana and Sword of Mana (I still need to finish that) were both good

Yep, should be pretty good. Has the platform been announced? I reckon it'll be the GBA again.

Sure... except for the fact that most of their new games are either on the GBA or the PS2 as of late. I think it was just a one pot shot deal for the whole Square back on Nintendo. Plus I find it odd that this rumor was sparked because their looking for a new character artist for the game, which could mean a totally different team could be doing it. Still, rumor is a rumor.

I liked how said something of hope coming towards GC but the FF:CC engine needs to be improved a lot.

I think as long as the S-E GBA agreement wasn't just a 1 GCN game thing, chances are pretty decent. The FF:CC engine may not be the most impressive thing in the world, but it looks rather well suited for a new Mana game.

It's listed there because that is where many of Square-Enix's games go. That's all. Even IGNPS2 says the game is unconfirmed for platform. They cover it because it gets clicks. Even Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children was covered on IGNPS2. It is probably that it would be a PS2 game, very likely that it would be a GBA game, and unlikely that it would be Cube game. Not impossible, just unlikely.

Some artwork for all of you

Eh Legend of Mana was cool but I know it's very early to say but it kind of looks like a rehash...
