I just saw it and what i thought was - "wha? their gonna throw the old SEGA logo? what a waste!". Sammy is starting whith the left foot. SEGA?s classic logo is known all over the world, and throw it away is like throwing away everything SEGA has accomplished until now. Its not a good business decision if you ask me. Now they have to market a totally new brand. I guess this is the death of our old SEGA, may it rest in peace.

uninspired sammy suit: You sega guys have a terrible logo, it has no connection to gamers anymore, only has one dimension, is monochrome and doesn't contain the word "holding" which market research has shown attracts moms likely to by games for there children by 2.3% over logos that do not involve holding of any kind. Sonic: How did you get past Dr. Robotnik? uss: The new logo is going to perfectly express our new direction, it will be avant garde, double the number of colors and above all stress synergy. Sonic: Whatever-a logo's a logo, just as long as you guys put me in a good game that harks back to the heady days of blast processing.
