The show felt so emotional after the halfwaypoint, which is what was so good about it.

Though its originality is very limited, the multiple contexts to many mythologies kinda helps it to stand out! i liked that too

Man it's the funniest show that you will see from the past season. I've seen up to episode 20 and I can asure you that you will like it. It's about this girl called Tenma who is in love with this kid called Karasuma. Then there is this delinquent called Harima who is in love with Tenma. The funny thing is that these two character are very alike and the situation their in makes things interesting to watch.

There planning on making a Mai-HiME season 2 now. If you've seen the last episode, you've seen the new protagonist in the last 2 minutes of the show.

It ended up being a pretty good show. Lots of interesting twists.

I'm disappointed to hear that the series gets dramatic in the last 1/3 of the season. I don't really like it when anime shows start pouring on the drama (particularly if it starts out lighthearted). I get the "Oh, so they're just doing this to get a rise out of me" feeling. As long as they don't muck about with love triangles and betrayal and all that crap I'll probably take it.

I've always had my eye on Basilisk. Looks like my type of anime, though I'm disappointed to hear about the "superpowers" angle. I'll definately get it once it finishes.

Yeah, but at least in Trigun it wasn't super irrating (though it did suck compared to the 1st half). One of the worst offenders, IMO, was Peace Maker. I just stopped watching the anime for several months after episode 18. Such a pathetic attempt by the director.

Geez! Anyone watched Naruto 133? The Animation was awsome. I dont think id ever seen animation like that in a TV series.

I also watched the first 3 episodes of Speed Grapher. I think Elfen Lied fans might enjoy it, but its too weird and hardcore for me to care.
I think its a critic to the value of money and the way high society lives.
