Watched BloodC recently. Liked it a lot. Also has a kick-ass soundtrack.

Is bloodC a sequel to the other Blood series?

No it's a relatively new series and as far as I know not connected to Blood+ or the Last Vampire. BloodC is my favorite of the bunch by far though.

Yeah same set-up and atmosphere ie mysterious girl who fights vampires and other monsters :p BloodC has a very cool twist though that you don't really see coming if you actually make it through the first few episodes.

Just watch the first episode of Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita and it seriously sacred me. There are some really WTF? moments.

This show is great, hilarious and creepy but with some really smart metaphores on bureaucratic society as well. That part in ep1 with robot-bread was...unexpected :p The revolution of the skinned chickens in ep2 made me laugh(especially the way they 'talk') but again was also metaphorically smart.

I just finished watching the second episode. From what I have seen, I can see the metaphors too, as well as some symbolism so far. The chickens in the show, to my point of view, are kind of like what the elite rulers of those who some people believe want world domination. They're chickens because it shows that the elite are cowards in reality. The one man in the factory who works there knows nothing at all of who runs the place, and never sees them face to face. The Mediator putting on the glasses was like understanding the elite and knowing what they want. The ruins show the corruption of a nation that once was. The UN itself, on the other hand, is just as corrupt, has their discussions in a dark, private manner in a room, and you have a guy who wants to dominate the world, just like how people would call it a dark, shadow empire that might soon come.

You may think that I am overlooking too much on this, or just overthinking on something that just isn't there. But the symbolism, to me, is not that difficult to read. However, I still like this show, and I'm waiting for the next episode.

I started watching Death Note tonight. Probably one of the best first episodes I've ever seen. 9 episodes later, I'm pretty hooked and invested in how things will turn out for everyone and I'm not sure who I'm rooting for to catch who.
