To get a Alienware computer with the latest Nvida card (yes they are selling them now some how) it cost about 600 bucks.

Its fairly impressive. But you really dont need this card unless you're rich and dont mind tossing the money away for it. the current generation of video cards are actually more then enough for todays games. They'll keep you running good for the next 3 years easy.
