Has tenchu 3 been announced multiplatform? or is it still playstation 2 exclusive?

Ive been hearing alot lately about tenchu 3 going multiplatform...
is this fact or a rumor?

I thought Sony owns the copyright of Tenchu in Japan?

The Jap versions are all released by Sony.

I have searched for anything mentioning Tenchu 3 going multi platform but can't find anything..........

Nope, it's still PS2 exclusive. The rumors are because Activision is publishing the game. They might publish it for other consoles in the future much like how Wreckless is coming to PS2.

I think the latest EGM said Tenchu is actually heading to Gameboy Advance!

one investor report (which listed many company and which titles is going where) states Tenchu as multiplatform

we'll see i guess, Activision has never made any announcement about it going multi yet

A 3D game should remain in 3D, Tenchu should never come to GBA. Tomb Raider and Resident Evil Gaiden for GB are a good examples of turning great 3D games into crappy 2D platformers.
