Looks like a MGS rip-off but with teeny-boppers replacing old man Snake.

Never mind. It's called "Spy Fiction" and is made by Sammy.

Not very impressed. It even has the dog tag collecting and invisible stealth suit that MGS 2 has, and a too-similar life bar. The game engine from the screens even look like it KO's MGS. So far, out of all the games shown at TGS, this one is the least original I've seen.
