:yikes: It did not rain once here during the whole fall and winter seasons. I think it was around April by the time it rained, and that was only like an hour.

Oh... you were only hoping that I lived there hahaha!
![]() One of my friends visits there and she says that every time she goes it rains, and also... isn't it raining there tomorrow? And don't you have hurricans like hardcore down there? Its really dry here, not humid... As for more artwork... I used tempra paint, painted this 6 years ago. |

Sweet, Rainbow Brite's newest sidekick - Rainbow Einstein!
I was in Phoenix 2 years ago to visit a friend. It was in the summer time. But you are right about the heat. It is a dry heat so the sweat evaporates pretty fast unlike in humid zones.

You still didn't answer the question about why it rains all the time over there. And yet you say its just like where I live which rain like 5 days out of the year total.

Hey Rubbersoul, you aren't in danger of the forest fires going on atm are you? I just remember you live in Phoenix and believe the fires are about 90 miles from you around Oak Creek Canyon.

Tomorrow is Sonic's 15th birthday. I expect you all to draw a picture for the occasion.
...Or else.

That sounds like fun.
As for rain, it doesn't really rain all the time. It has recently just started raining this month and in late May. The majority of winter and spring have been dry in the last couple of years. We actually get a drought period in the year when we have to conserve water. Hurricane season goes all the way from June to November. They generally aren't too bad unless you live on the coast, in a mobile home (you'd think they would just...move their homes away), in a flood zone, or in a neighborhood where people love to leave big things lying around that wind can easily carry and smash into other things. |

Well, technically they're mobile homes, but the majority of them are rooted into the ground.

Yeah. I guess it's to make them look more like real houses, but it really just defeats the purpose of a mobile home.

The weather in my area is very sporadic. This year snow started on thanksgiving, and we already have a lot more rain than last spring and summer.

Rubbersoul, in that case you may want to stay away from wooded areas or else you'll torch the rest of the state
