Simpson Questioned In Hotel Theft]
LAS VEGAS -- Las Vegas police confirmed early Friday morning that O.J. Simpson has been questioned after someone alleged that he was involved in a theft at Palace Station casino.

The person alleged that sports memorabilia had been stolen, but neither Simpson nor several others who were questioned have been arrested or charged in connection with the incident, said police spokesman Jose Montoya.

FOX5 News interviewed a man, Thomas Riccio, who claims to have witnessed the incident which sparked the allegations. Riccio said he works for Universal Rarities, an auction house based in California, and that a customer had contacted him recently and said he had personal items that had belonged to O.J. Simpson. The customer claimed to have confiscated the items from Simpson because Simpson owed them money, Riccio told FOX5 News.

Simpson, perhaps believing the items were still rightfully his own, walked into a hotel room at Palace Station on Thursday night along with several other people and reclaimed the items in question, Riccio said. Simpson did not use force when entering the room and was unarmed, and never acted violently during the ordeal, Riccio said.

The allegations against Simpson are garnering national headlines, coincidentally, on the same day that his new book "If I Did It," is scheduled to be released.

He was supposed to give a deposition today in Miami in a bankruptcy case involving his eldest daughter. It was canceled, because Simpson had told attorneys that he would be out of town, officials said. Keep up with the latest on this breaking news story on FOX5 and KVVU.com.

Do you think any chance he gets the death penelty for this if he gets convicted? Only way justice will be served.

Im still not convinced he was guilty in the murder case. The media made that case what it is today, not the jury.

So the blood in his bronco was the media's fault?

101 pieces of evidence O.J. Simpson murdered Nicole
http://pages.videotron.com/reparvit/nicole12.html

Add to that he was CONVICTED on the civil charge. There is 0% chance he didn't commit that murder. You'd have to ignorant of the happenings to say he's innocent.

I didn't say he was innocent so you can take the apparatus off that makes you feel like you have balls on the internet now.

Also thanks for the link, got any other sites that are as reputable? Anything about how the moon landing was fake perhaps?

If you said that you're not convinced he was guilty then would that mean you think he's innocent?

I think he means he thought that with the shoddy work of the LAPD, he believes the jury came to the right verdict. However he, himself, personally believes he killed Nicole. He just phrased it poorly.

What does it matter the site? can you dispute any of those facts listed? even one? No response will come from you for that. Why does something have to be on foxnews.com or yahoo to be true?

CNN reputable enough for you? OJ Simpson Civil Trial (CNN)

Crime Library also has an interesting article: OJ Simpson Trials (Crime Library)

Basically OJ only got off in the criminal trial because of a botched police investigation which resulted in key evidence being inadmissible in court.

The civil trial was a real court case, not a nutty conspiracy theory like the faked moon landing. You can take off the apparatus that makes you feel like your opinion has credibility on the Internet now.
