Are there really any good games out there right now?

I am a very picky gamer...i really love Rpg's but i cant wait for X-2 or XI. i wanted to know if there are any good mmorpg's or rpgs or ANY good games worth buying that are out right now.

that's off the top of my head. but i can't say if you'll like them because you say you're a picky gamer. give 'em a rental if you can...

i think... everquest or ffxi (ffxi in march unless i'm mistaken) will be out soon if you want a mmorpg.

anyone here played Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance?? It's a great simultaneous 2 player real time rpg, it's just sad that it's only 10 hours long.. DON'T GET ME TALKING ABOUT THE GRAPHICS!!

NO WAYY Suikoden III ownz.. if u can find a copy.. I heard they stopped rpinting them or some sheeot

but x-2 looks like charlie's angels the RPG.. don't get ur hopes up

Well... It looks like FFX at a fancy dress party. I kinda think it'd be fun

can't argue with you there, final fantasy sucks! it only sells well and gets good reviews because there are no other games that come out when a final fantasy game is being released. :cool guy: no, i'd rather be playing a game that says "sega" on the box because i'm a true gamer!

Arrogant and elitist to call yourself a "true gamer" because of your OPINION that Sega games are better than FF games. Some of us have played Sega games, and think they suck in our opinions, and prefer FF to them anyday.

I'm lucky, my EB has like 5 coppies of Suikoden III there, so if I ever get enough money I can go pick it up. At first I thought FF X-2 looked rediculous and square was only doing it to make a quick buck(which I still believe). But I think it looks pretty cool now, even though I didn't like FFX as much as most people.

Final Fantasy games do get a lot of hype because of how successful the series is in itself; but I believe that all of the games deserve the reviews they got.

Sega games rok.

I want to pick up zelda and .hack so bad, been waiting for them forever.

i cant wait for final fantasy origins. this remake looks so damn incredible. old-school FF at its core. release date: 4-9-03
