recommend gaming monitors.

I need one badly, I'm getting out of sync video and audio with the ASUS one I'm using, I've been getting it ever since I got this monitor, it got on my nerves for the last time with Diablo 3. This only happens during cut scenes and everyone has a solution that doesn't work. I'm still pretty sure it's the monitor cause I've switched a lot of things in my computer since I've had it and I still get the problem since I got this monitor. I'm thinking it's a refreshing issue. Nothing solves it that I do. So I rather find a monitor with a better response time and better colors than this POS. This monitor gives a lot of clouding problems with colors in most playback, bluray movies seem to be the only thing it's fine with, but game cutscenes and video files give it a lot when they never did on my last monitor.

My price range is 300. I won't go higher than that, just cause I see it as a waste of money.

That one is 3d and comes with a ps3 game

That one seems to be bigger and better at about the same price but no 3d or game. The responce time on that second one you could use it as a computer monitor. I've used ones with higher times and couldn't notice any delay.

so it wouldn't be better to get a monitor with a better response time? Or just doesn't matter in today's monitors as much.

edit, just looked and I can't get that dell in Canada.

But I can get this one.

The E-IPS Dell one is 8 ms, but you don't have to worry about ghosting on most IPS monitors since they're in general higher quality. Also look for it elsewhere for maybe a cheaper price.

Its one of th ebest monitors around. Its cheap because it doesnt have certain inputs like hdmi etc, but who really uses their hdmi inputs in their monitors? If you need one because you play console games on your monitor then get an adaptor, easy fix. I just wish Dell would come out with their 120hz monitors already so we can get the whole 3D thing going without needing the nvidia side thing unit. But either way, top class monitor. You'll get it and lick it. Excellent for gaming.

All I need to know!

Best timing too, my dad went to the casino and won 1600 bucks so he gave my brothers and I a extra 400 bucks each. WOO FREE MONITOR!

He's addicted to the casino, but on the bright side of it is when he wins, he always gives us the cash. He usually gives my one brother more cause he has kids...... but his wife works for the government! She's making over 150,000 a year! HE DOESN'T NEED IT! GIVE ME MOREEEEE His brats have enough toyssssssssssssss!

I really nit pick over colors and ghosting, I only want the best for the price. I watch a lot of videos and I do a lot of video like stuff over the computer. So if this shows off the best picture, I'm seriously thinking of getting it and if it's good for gaming ie, not that much input lag, I will get it soon.

Use this to compared to since I love apple's monitors, how would you compared the 2?
