Yeah I wanted to play some NFS hot pursuit last night and also got that 'timed out' message. At first I also thought it was my modem but couldn't be bothered to check.

I saw it when I got on to play RE4 for the 1 billionth time and saw that it timed out also and I was like OH FUCK! Capcom better not have put in that bullshit DRM that makes you have to be logged in to play!

I started the game and then I got the message! But luckily it was only asking for the leaderboards.

Some guy beat RE4 in 1 hour and 58 mins! GAH I thought I was fast beating it in 2 hours and 40 mins on the Wii version.

It came back last night. Yay. Got pwn'd on Blops yet again.

Dunno about you guys, but every time I hear the phrase "Network down for maintenance" I picture little lemmings dudes with pick-axes and hammers messing around in the cable lines.

Heh heh.. not quite how I remember the Commodore 16/64. There were no doubt some fantastic games but games were so cheap to make back then everyone seemed to do it and there were so much bad stuff aswell.
