So you're all saying the wii remake of SH was shit despite the good press and feedback? I'm also pretty sure majority of you didnt bother with Homecoming either. 4 was the only poor SH Game. The PSP one I have trouble adding it to the list. Its not that it was shit, it just didnt draw me into the game and I stopped playing it.

Good press doesn't make a crappy game good. It means the press are wrong, like they were in this case.

I didnt hear anyone who played on here say it was a crap title. I havent played it yet only tried it out so I cant give my opinion on it.

It was a crap title.

1) Bland graphics
2) Bland level design
3) Not scary at all.
4) Saw the ending coming a mile away - about halfway through the game - and groaned when I realised it.

The only interesting idea in it was the concept of a psych profile at the beginning which would affect your game and the characters. The rest of it just wasn't very good.

I can't see the game being any good when there's no danger AT ALL in the game other than the running away segments.

70% of the time in Amnesia there was nothing there, and yet it was still terrifying because you thought something was, and just the general atmosphere.

You played it? it was pretty bad the "nightmare world" sections were so boring and uncreepy.

Homecoming was good though.

I will say that 4 was good UNTIL they pulled the ol 'now go through every world AGAIN!' bit. I hate that shit. Rarely is that old video game cliche fun (SOTN is a rare example of it working), it mostly comes off as a chore. But I liked the story of 4 wayyyyy more than 3.

I Was pointing out that you dont need to attack enemies with giant enema tubes for it to be scary. Running away is more then enough.

Um...I already mentioned above that I havent gotten a chance to play it, only spend a little time with it to see if I wanted to play it or not and I plan to get around to it. If I dont like a game I generally say so. Even if its part of my fave series of games. Unlike some of you who have to say every single entry of a series you love is either pure absolute gold or excellent. There is no third option.
