I just don't have any interest for Thor. However, my parents went to see that movie, and my dad thought that was one of those movies that he thought he should of walked out of. I thought to myself if it was that bad, but other people told me they enjoyed it. So it was just my parents who never liked the movie.
Thor in the Avengers, on the other hand, was okay for me in the movie.

I'm just going to say it that I'm kind a defender of Joss Whedon. But not when it comes to Alien Resurrection. I haven't seen Cabin in the Woods, but it still looks good to me from what I have seen in the trailers and commercials.

Nolanites were expecting some kind of showdown between Avengers and DK rises. Good to see Whedon for the awesome person he is squash anything of that sort. So when I say there goes that, I mean there goes any kind of silly rivalry between directors, at the end of the day we as fans of this genre are the real winners, and honestly I am glad that we can have these kinds of debates even if you are %100 wrong with your nonsensical opinions.

There's never any rivalry in Industries, it's basically never ever there. The media and the fans are the ones who try and drum up some sort of rivalry. Make something out of nothing just so they have something to angrily type about on Internet forums.

I loved the second batman movie, but I always thought the same as Whedon. The more good superhero movies out there, the more they'll make.

I just want the sin eater storyline from Spider-man in the movies! One of the best spider-man stories.

They'll never do that, unfortunately. Too grim and not well known enough.
I agree though, the PPSS stuff from the 80s (Gang Wars/Punisher/HobGoblin/Rose) would make an amazing movie.

The rose, I remember buying the reveal at a 7-11 back in the day with my lunch money. It was a web of Spiderman book. Good times.

Completely unfair assessment of the first film which was an origin story and supposed to play as it did. The second film was a mess since the actor and writer didnt do anything with the Hulk character like the article mentions. But the recent one was also different since it A) didnt have to screw around with origin or character building that went with it, and B) was a side character so didnt have to take the entire screen time like the character does in the other films so its more free to just focus on the Hulk from other peoples eyes, and thats how the character was played, how we'd see the Hulk, not how Banner would see himself. You really cant compare the current one and say he's the bestest in the world.

I don't think it's possible to be unfair to the first Hulk film. For me, it's just horrible. But I disagree with him about The Incredible Hulk - I empathized with Norton just fine. Still, I do like what he says about The Avengers' Hulk. He's mostly thinking of how they portray Banner and the way it gels with the movie's Hulk.
