Great find on Killing them Softly, Escaflowne. Saw that movie last week. Really good.

Anyways I pre-ordered Batman vol. 3 which has one of the best Joker stories in years. Much better than Snyder's Zero Year which so far(while not bad) plays it way too safe.

I just got mine this week. Hopefully you'll get the first edition, since it has a pretty nifty dust jacket.

Yeah I hope so too! I pre-ordered at Amazon UK like a week in advance so hopefully they still have a few copies with the dust jacket. :p

So, after playing the WRC4 demo on the Vita i really liked the game and transfered 35 euros to my spending account to get it... but it got me thinking... will i really be happy with this in the long term, wont i just get tired of the game? Should i be buying it for this price? Lets see what else i can get for 35 euros....

Done!

I haven't posted any here for a long time, so I might as well post what I bought from last month.

3 reasons for why I bought myself a VCR:

1. I wanna hunt for tapes that never got a DVD/Blu-Ray release.
2. I was already getting tapes for free, and I wanted to start watching the Gundam Wing series that I bought last year on tape.
3. I just miss having a VCR and watching my movies and shows on it.

I have a VHS player too. But only because it connects to my PC so I can transfer VHS to a digital file.

I do miss how handy the vhs player was to record shows you couldnt watch to see them later.
Nowadays i hardly watch any shows on TV and if i miss them i download them on the internet. Different times.

I think the modern day equivalent is a DVR.

Definitely!!! It looks awesome. It's like Elite meets Wing Commander/Starlancer meets an MMO Space Sim!! It's not coming out till early 2015 though.

David Braben is also working on a new Elite as well, but Star Citizen looks way better.
