Just picked up a copy of Bayonetta (360) and ordered a Slim 360. Hopefully, this one won't give me the problems I had with my launch one.

Hmmmm not necessarily.

I would say they're fairly nitpicky since they focus on one particular genre.

I find it better to listen to fans of the genre that you like aswell then someone that doesn't most of there reviews full between 40-80%. Not that I usually let there opinions change my mind about getting a game or not it's interesting to get a vague idea.

I went and checked up some of their reviews since I havent visited the site in a couple years. Used to follow them but their reviews just become lovefests with their favourite titles. Very few game reaches into the 60s. I read a few and they seem to get confused with certain games. Like Eschalon book 2 and disciples 3 reviews. The gamers those two titles are made for make them excellent titles, but they're reviewing them as if it were for the masses. You know, totally different to how they would rate a final fantasy game, where its made for people who like shit stories, shit characters, easy gameplay etc. The guy who reviewed Disciples 3 never played the first two either. There should be a rule against this.

Although I see they gave The Witcher a 93%, so I'm going to give them some love <3

This weeks stuff.. or "shit" according to some

Some Famicoms I was missing. Includes Hammerin Harry & a 400 in 1 cart among some other cool titles.

Some CD-i games and movies plus collection fillers and few DS titles for the boy
