House of the Dead to Wii
Quote:
That's kinda cool. But I don't think it could of killed them to throw HOTD 1 in there and make it like a collection. |

If this Ghost Squad and RE UC do well there could be a slew of other light gun games to Wii. Time Crisis 4 would be cool, as well as HOTD 4.

Yeah House of the Dead 4 would work perfectly fine on Wii. You can even shake the Zapper to reload exactly like the arcade version. I am telling you, I have a feeling that the Wii zapper would be the first light gun accessory that would really be supported for a console, which is good news.
About this game..to be fair I am rather disappointed. I already have house of the Dead 3 for Xbox and it has the second game on it. I would rather it to include the first one too or at lest replace the second game for the first. Ghost Squad has a better chance of me buying it then that now and that's not a good thing! |

don't think the Wii could handle TC4 or HOTD 4 graphically. I'll pass as I've already played them both but a good sign for the future.

House of the Dead IV will be released on the 360. I think the original House of the Dead should be released on the Wii VC and/or the XBLA. |

I don't think the Wii can quite handle even House of the Dead 3 accurately. We'll see.

Don't yall know Wii is old school. They get unperfect-arcade-ports, like back in the day.
So it might not be able to handle House of the Dead, but it can handle House of the Very Badly Injured. |

Its probably a modified port of House of the Dead III that was released on Xbox.

Yes, that looks worse.
I remember when Wii-o-philes were insisting that the Wii was almost as powerful as the Xbox. Guess not. |

I recall that when playing Virtua Cop and others, all I had to do in order to immediately reload was point the gun away from the screen, a feature I wish Umbrella Chronicles had but ah well.

The Wiimote does not know when it is pointed at the screen, only when it is pointed at the sensor bar.
