Final Fantasy VII is really coming to PS3

This may not be exactly a remake of FFVII, but a game called "Endless Crisis Final Fantasy VII" for PS3 is in the list of TGS 2007 lineup, as the 5th game in the Compilation of FFVII.

I wonder if it is multiplat... I recall SE saying how the versus is the last ps3 exclusive till PS3 start selling... or perhaps Sony's dump truck beat MS's to SE first?

well i guess if you can't make a good new title .. then remake a classic .. its all square seem able to do right now. i mean there has not been a great FF title since 7 and tactics on PS1 ..

also do square ever make big annoucments at TGS? i thought they did all of that at the Jump Fest (or what ever its called) in November

personally if this is being made for PS3 then i would not expect to seeanything off it untill after FF13 ships in Japan.

I think FF 7 was overappreciated so much that people (especially on the internet) decided to hate it to the point that it's now underappreciated.

Anytime something gets hyped there's going to be bashers of it regardless of it's quality. FF7 was one game that lived up to the hype.

FF7 was such a good game, but i do hate how it has reached such god status in the eye of some gamers. there are other games that go unlooked every year that are better then it.
