It's actually one of the developers, with trousers down and mooning everyone. It was supposed to be an inside joke, but they forgot to take the pic out.

Circuit City and some Wal-Mart's put the game out anyways. Some Circuit City's still have a few copies left. The game has been pushed back to a May 31st ship date. Live and Achievements have been blocked until launch.

Cortana is still nude...
