Good Morning! (Unless you are west of GMT)

I have made a few changes to strealine the forums:

-Members with <5 posts will no longer be displayed in the Members List.
-You are BANNED from using the word BANNED as your User Title.
-PM confirmations have been disabled. (Who ever used these anyways?)
-Referrals have been disabled.
-Each Forum has a Subtitle.
-Reputation has been enabled.

Pardon any delays you might run into for the next 10 minutes.
