First of all SEGAs answer too the Shenmue Campaign was:

We got contacted by a member of Sega staff, and we can at least clear some things up.

There is no Shenmue 3 in the works because Suzuki-san is too busy on Shenmue online and will be for another couple of years at least. There is every possibility that he would want to do a Shenmue 3, but the general feeling is that it won't happen in the next 3-5 years; or until SEGA reaches it's current business goals - That is to become a top 3 publisher.

This is a shame but its exactly what I expected.

Secondly SEGA did a servay about a new game there making
Asking which of these names fitted with this discription of a game:
Crucible, The Gift, The Box or The Sacrament

The game discription was:

“An open free-roaming action horror game where the player undertakes a terrorizing journey of suspense, fear, power and discovery, [sic] And where every decision has multiple consequences… Uncover an ancient test with unimaginable power that seduces you into evil, sin and corruption.”

Note: This game could be the game that Silicon Knights is developing for SEGA
because the code name for that game is 'The Box'.

Yakuza 2 has already sold 200,000 copys and Yakuza 3 has been announced
for a next gen console but no spasific details on the game, release dates
or which console it will be on.
I'm more then positive it will be on Both Xbox360 and PS3.

I don't think its that impossably, They'll need to steal some publishing rights
from other companys like EA which is easy enough.
and make more IPs that appeal to main stream..
(But nothing like GTA or ill be dissapointed.)

I'd say top 5 is alot more likely goal though,
Unless they plan on making shitty movie/cartoon licence games but I doubt it.

Who are the top 3 at the moment? Nintendo, Electronic Arts, Konami maybe? SEGA aren't gonna match/beat them for a very long time. Plus there's the likes of Activision and Capcom standing in there way.

Its impossible. Sega should be happy with a top 10 spot. They seem to have decisions in their gaming side that reflect their hardware side.

I don't see why they won't do that didn't they recently release Charlotte's Web and Iron Man is due out next year. Plus they already make quite a few anime based games so it wouldn't be that much of a leap.

they have the rights too make games based on movies, comic books or cartoons of IronMan
Yes there is an Iron man movie comming out so of corse they'll make a game for that movie.
Who passes up that! There also getting another Marvel Licence.. I'm hoping its Sliver Surfer.
But its not like SEGA havent had Marvel Licences in the past.

I'll give you charlottes web, No idea what thats about but they didnt develope it.
Its annoying me infact, On there website they have the best game line up they have had
in YEARS.. and right in the middle theres Charlottes web bringing the standard down.
