Make at least:
2 Perfect Rounds
1 Level 2 Hyper
1 Level 3 (MAX) Hyper
Win ALL rounds
Defeat the mini-bosses

If you did it right S.Akuma will crush Rugal and fight you at the burning city stage but with a different BGM...
