The GC was dead long ago.

Sorry, but Zelda TP and Baten Kaitos 2 are more than enough life for me. While theres still high profile exclusive games coming out for it the console its still alive.

So what are you looking foward to on the GC apart from Zelda and Odama is there actually anyother games coming out that are anygood? I'd be surprised if the Baten Kaitos sequel even makes it to America! 2 games one that's so far it's not worth mentioning...

The strength of this generation has to be its action games. Last generation they sucked, but this gen, action/adventure games have been the best, IMO.

then of course the above mentions zelda, odama and baten kaitos 2(even though me personally dont like baten kaitos)

I agree with Decado. Games like Ninja Gaiden, Devil May Cry, Onimusha, Metroid Prime (well, it can go in other categories I guess) the first Dead to Rights (not the sorry ass 2nd one though)Otogi and God of War have been some of the best of this gen IMO.

I think one of the most overlooked gem of this generation was Beyond Good and Evil. I would go as far as to say it is Ubisoft's best game period. And I've tried alot of their games including the Prince of Persias, Splinter Cells, and I loved Rayman 2 so that's saying alot. I thought BG&E was just brillant, and I'm sad that it sold so poorly there's a good chance there won't be a sequel. But I'm still holding out hope.

Some other overlooked games would have to be ICO and both Shadow Hearts.
