JUST GOT IT GUYS!!!

DAAAAAMN I cant beleive how fast this is.....

downloaded an 8 megabyte song at OC remix (their doing the whole doom soundtrack yay!)

and it took like 3 seconds.....usually it'd take about 30 to 40 mins.....

my hell this is crazy stuff for me

With my wireless iBook airport card, I can download up to 500 kb/sec (like 490 kb/sec more like it) from certain websites. ;)

What's the download speed for it? (your internet) Somewhere around 300kb/sec it should be.

yeah I almost hit around 400 on one website

Yeah sometimes the download speed will flucktuate (i think i mispelled that word). Sometimes i will get speeds of up to 1000kb/sec and then it'll gradually go down to 500kb/sec. But it's good to hear you have highspeed net. Always good to have.

I'm so happy, I've had viruses and crap on my computer for a few weeks now and I manage to find my windows xp disk. So I formatted by comp and reinstalled and bam runs good as new. With the viruses n what not my net was downloading at a measly 100kb/sec, sure that's fast as hell for most ppl (56k users), but for me it wasn't, I was able to download at about 300 - 400kb/sec on average. But now I'm at 600kb/sec easy because now comcast raised their download, and I think upload speeds. They sent some kind of letter saying blah blah blah now at 6mb/sec yadah yadah yada. So now I'm happy.
