I got my PSP but...
Well I have my PSP, now I'll list the bad, there are two dead pixels, and three bubbles on my screen, the door on the UMD drive is also loose on one side. The good news is that all my buttons work, and I've done a few tests after immediately found my dead pixels and bubbles. I've twisted my PSP, I've held it upside down and twisted it, and sctratched the screen. Despite the UMD drive being loose on one side, I couldn't get it to shoot discs, even when I held it upside down. I used my nail, DS stylus and a small screwdriver and there werent any scratches. Since my PSP is defective, I'm taking it back and exchanging it, but I'm keeping the Spiderman 2 UMD, memory stick and cloth. I'm rather annoyed at this too, since this was right after I found a defect in my DS' top screen, and now I'm debating on wether I should send that in or not.

Damn straight. What have I been saying all this time? I guess I'm one of a small select few individuals here that actually uses his brain and doesn't rush out to invest in hype. You should've listened when people like myself said to wait and see what happens.

Well TheHardware it turn out that you were wrong and I was going to believe you and buy one thanks God that it did not release here yet so I could not buy it and thank you Icarus4578 if it not because of your posts I would bought the japanes PSP and wast alot of money then I could not buy all the games that I want. :cool guy:

I was able to exchange my PSP, now I don't have any dead pixels, but I do have bubbles, and they can only be seen when the PSP is off. Since the bubbles don't affect the screen I'm not exchanging it.

Where did you get your PSP? I might get one soon so I want to make sure I can return it for a new one if there are any problems.

I got mine at Blockbuster, thier pretty nice about it too, they don't even re ring you up for defective items. Thier gaming part is much better than any EB or GS thats for sure.
