It's about putting down a rebellion of Terminator like proportions from a group of organic robots called Organimechs. They bleed a viscous red oil that looks very similar to blood, giving the designer the out he needs to make the character go balls out on the violence, which includes mass decapitations, torso ripping, and splitting an organimech in two. Scoring is achieved in the amount of "oil" you spill, and screenshots of the game have the main character literally wading through blood. I'll give it a go when the price comes down.
