If they ever resurrect the show "Spin City", you're due a role.

Wasn't "round 2" the second week DS outsold PSP?

I don't own either DS or PSP and am still not sure which one to pick up? I am still happy with my old GBA (it's not SP ), still lots of games I haven't played. I still wish someone would pickup Magical Vacation in US~!

I love the way people post this stuff but don't have any kind of organized format or key. I see what I believe are three sets of numbers, I have no clue which each set means.

It doesn't matter whether one outsells the other during the course of one week. I'd care more about the months/years. Also, good hardware sales +crappy software sales doesn't speak well of either platform. I can understand how DS software sales have somewhat died down, given the fact that not much else has become available. The PSP needs a couple killer app exclusives and fast.

I presume its something like: Units sold this week/ (have no ideia) / Units sold this year

I see, if you consider that they would only have numbers from 2005 (cutting out a lot of total for some of those listings) then week/month/year adds up well enough to make sense. Considering none of the "month" listings are much higher than their yearly totals (only about 9 days worth of sells to seperate them).

Yes, it makes sense. The middle number is the months sales without the present week. Adding the present week sales to the months sales you get the year sales so far in this case.

nintendo could always make ports of all of theyre best selling titles to fend off sony's ports!

this will give more selection as by so far, people are rating the systems on amount of titles.

i am against ports 50/50

but i would like to see multiplayer SSBM 1.5 with improved graphics, or a completly new SSB title that will become nintendo's stable.

anyone who is cool would have such a game as its multiplayer benefits alone i believe could sell DS's like wildfire.

also bring back bomberman, golden eye sequel, multiplayer NBA games, mario kart 64 sequels with .5 better graphics and texture's and all the other fun multiplayers i missed.
its not about porting, but creating a multiplayer user base that will render the console the hottest console of the year.

if i saw a goldeneye sequel, with far better texture the the original, just imagaine how more detailed it we feel, compared to the original which was slightly blander in texture.

whole entire schools of children will be playing theyre DS'S for the fun of gaming, without all needing to buy the games, and give extra feature to the guy who's got the game and sharing it wirelessly.

what would be cool is if the second screen for golden eye, you could see the gun's in your inventory and quickly switch between weapons, instead of scrolling all 20 weapons until you find your desired weapon.

when you arrive at door access controll panels that require a thumb print, the acsess panel appears in the bottom screen and you can scan your real thumb-print!!
or entering a lock number code, on the touch screen like in the movie's- on the touch screen numerical digit display. imagine scrambling to enter the code af fast as possible on screen, It adds a huge amount of suspense and uges people to practice entering code's, like tapping a phone number, or text messege quickly in your phone.

or defusing mines using the stylus, to cut the red wire like a scalpal, (you will laugh when your freind detonates it from the other room and nothing happens, then you shoot him in the head before he gets a chance to equip his weapon.!!!

its simpler controll's man, and in multiplayer when time is of the essence that will add loads more fun to the game-play

wake up NINTENDO......
