What's deceptive about those RR shots is that neither of them shows gameplay shots. RR on PSP clearly looks better. I cannot vouch for which version is better (having not played either version) but I'm pretty certain that the PSP version is the superior one to have. Even so, I'm not too excited about another RR title. As for the systems, yeah, the PSP looks more slick, but the software on both seems questionable thus far.

My comment was directed to the audience. But they probably didn't notice. They're all greasing themselves up for the arrival of the PSP.

I love how the PSP can play porn movies you download from your computer.

Icarus is not what I would call a fanboy. He may despise sony or some other company, but he at least plays the games before he judges them no matter what system they are on. You have my respect Icarus :cool guy:

I own two PS2's and will get a PSP for the movie function. Why is it that whenever someone mentions the word "fanboy", people assume they're talking about them? They twitch more than I did when my GBA broke!

That depends SavedFromSin. I form opinions about some games before I play them, such as GTA (based on previous experience), but I normally judge products after I've played them. Saying "I hate this game" is different than saying "This games looks terrible; more of the same." The only way that I'd say I don't like a certain game is if I've played the prequels or whatever and have something to base that weary judgement on.

I hate to say it but that PSP screen is just asking to get scratched. A flip top would have been a better design for longevity.

I just realized that both of these machines are really sad, as the best portables out there. These design teams must realy suck and not use their own systems. Any real gamer with some artistic skill could design a more functional and appealing design on paper or a computer, without even making the actual system. I mean come on, its the simple stuff. The screen needs to be proteced. And the DS is bigger than the psp with less advanced technology. Yet they couldnt fit a joystick into all that space.

... i prefer digital pads for a portable. Seeing how they seem to last a WHOLE lot longer than analog. Ever saw the Demo units at a game store? the analogs are the first thing to go.

Maybe when its closed...

but when it's open is smaller by width only a smudge, and overall the NDS is thicker and its much bigger from top to bottom
