Granblue Fantasy: Relink development moved to Cygames entirely, Platinum Games is out
It's hard to say if it's a good thing or not?

Suddenly, my interest dropped.
I can't tell what this means, but maybe it's a delay thing. Maybe Cygames was pulling a Microsoft and demanding more with the same time. Who knows. What i know, is that platinum makes good games aside from cartoon tie ins. My interest on this game came from platinum, not cygames or granblue. Well, i guess i am fond of the FFT style art. But the game looks nothing like it.

Re:
Of course, it is a good thing, since video gaming in Japan is a really major industry, and there are many developers currently making games, according to gamers' wishes.

I think the issue here is that it’s showing a lack of an ‘authorial hand’. In other words, the direction of the game seems to be contingent on whoever is willing to pick up the development. Or at least, that’s the concern here. And if that is the case, the game just becomes a product shoved together to be a return on the investment.
