does the banner have to follow the same blue color scheme of the site, or will the site's colors change if the banner has another color scheme?

Since im lazy, im gonna try and use photoshop. instead ill just say my idea and have some1 with time ont heir hands who is bored to come make my dream a reality.

Left top corner (Lucia/Hiro combo from Lunar 2 box)
Bottom Left (Dragonmaster Alex from Lunar 1 box)
Middle of banner left (Magic Emperor from FMV in Quark lair, full body)

and the second half of the banner can be non-lunar
Middle of banner right (Nei from Phantasy Star 2, becuase she was the original AEris, and is cooler, and doesnt suck)
top right corner (Any Castlevania charcter art, even Alucard, though Alucard may be too happy about it) + (Cid from FF7, becuase hes cool, any CG or art, even AC)
Bottom right corner (To finish it off, a random giant robot who looks sweet, either from anime, or games, or somewhere else, it doesnt matter. Cant have a good banner without a giant robot)

Background = black

You can make the banner any color scheme you want, just so long as it conforms to the original stated resolution in the first post and loks nice. Bonus points for making it say: "Magic Box Forums featuring Joe Redifer!!!!!"

Well I didn't try especially hard on it. I tried to make it based on the community rather than the games. That was probably a bad idea; admin won't like it. You guys might, though.

Oh. Should I get rid of the YA RLY? Also Justin seems to be a little protruding.

There are only two avatars that are hard to see. Nem's and mine.

I'm also thinking about redoing Drunken's avatar.

While it doesn't look amazing (but it does look good) it is a pretty good consept, because after all the board is more about the community than the games that we talk about. I don't know if anyone else is like this but I know that I personaly never talk about video games.

Yeah, I threw together the logo in like 2 minutes. I'll redo it tomorrow and maybe start from scratch.
