Ok, I was shown this site by a friend and they told me to give Ray-Hound a shot. Its int he jap section. The way you play is move with mouse, press button to create this field around you. If enemy fire gets in this field, then you can control it IF you dont let go of the mouse button. You use these assimilated laser fire to take out your enemy by buzzing around them like an annoying fly. Just remember you can be hit by other lasers while doing this.
