The Limbo, Amnesia, Bastion pack has just broke records.

Quote:
Back in December, the Humble Indie Bundle 4 wowed us by making $1 million in a day. We thought that would prove a hard number to beat, but that was before we knew Humble Bundle 5 would contain Limbo, Psychonauts, Bastion, Sword and Sworcery and Amnesia. Unsurprisingly that incredible collection of games has helped smash the previous record. With the day not yet over, the latest Humble Bundle has already made $1.8 million, making it likely they’ll more than double their previous total before the day is out.

Some numbers for you. So far 244,000 bundles have been bought at an average price of $7.65. Windows users pay the least, at $7.10 on average, while Mac fans stand at $9.13 and Linux users at a whopping $11.87. The highest price paid so far is $3001, by Notch, beating the second placed Humble Brony Bundle by $1. The cad. There’s 13 days and nine hours left on the clock, so we can expect a lot more money raised for developers and charities before the sale ends. No wonder we named these guys our community heroes of the year.

Always love hearing awesome news like this. Also, lol at Notch and beating the last most payed for a humble bundle by just $1.

I haven't had a chance to play any of those asides from Psychonauts. I'm worried my computer is such a piece of shit that it might die playing them but I bought this bundle anyway. Everyone of those games are games I was seriously wanting to play eventually. This bundle was just impossible to pass up.

Update: I tried to play Bastion, got up to the part where he finds a hammer at the very beginning of the game, a few steps past that area my laptop overheated. LOL wtf, this thing is shit. Oh well, at least I own the games to play later when I get a better computer.

Today, Super Meat Boy, Braid and Lone Survivor were added to the fifth installment of the Humble Indie Bundle. Just when you think things couldn't get more awesome.

Apparently if you've already bought the pack you can get these additional games for free... somehow... but damn, 3 more of the best that gaming has to offer right now. Why is this pack so awesome? Why, God?

Free to play, has 7 tracks starting out. You can also purchase more for around $6 or $7.

Tweet #PulsenGiveAway01 and get two free songs. I did it, but I'm not sure when/or if I'll get the two free songs. The packs also have like 30 or so songs from what I remember. But its fun as is imo.

New one up. None that really grab me. Commandos was a viciously hard strategy game though.

I've never seen this before, but it has an indie movie called "Cordoba Nights". Games included:
Hamilton's Great Adventure, Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee + Exoddus, Avernum: The Second Trilogy, and Red Orchestra: Ostfront. You also get a lot of music to enjoy.

I donated $5 and got most of the package, movie, and music. I also got Syberia lol which was shocking.

New July Jubilee bundle with a few interesting titles.

Quote:
Puzzle Agent
for: steam (pc, mac), windows, mac, desura - more bundle info
Geneforge Saga
for: steam (pc), windows, mac, desura
Oniken
for: windows, desura (and OST)
Mutant Storm Reloaded
for: steam (pc), windows, desura
SWIFT☆STITCH
for: windows, mac, desura (including bonus game: Rose and Time)
Unepic
for: windows, desura (includes "Royale Ring" + 100 "Unepic Credits")
All of them looked great, Oniken is hardcore difficulty NES-style side scroller. Unepic is an adventure title about a guy who leaves to go the bathroom during a D&D game with his friends and enters a magical world.

Oniken is easy... But a great game! The whole "NES-hard" talk felt like marketing. Definately not as as hard as the likes of Ninja Ryukenden, Gun-Dec and Holy Diver.
