Weird crossover....am I missing some obvious meta link between the two games?

Nope, this is the first of it. Valve and Overkill must just have hit it off and agreed to do this. Whether or not it's canon we don't know, but regardless, still cool.

Looks pretty dodgy to me. Pay day was meant to be fairly average. Fighting cops but in a L4D stage isnt what I consider patient zero material. Especially since the characters are getting riddled with a billion bullets and still standing there. Very console fps material right there.
