Essential:

Someone who can properly draw models of people.
Someone who has illustration production experience of various tastes.

Most of the leads for Wild ARMs left Media Vision years ago.

Ergh... knowing how japanese developers think franchises are sacred and belong to the original creators that is a bit of a death sentence to the series.

It's like Grandia. No one steps up to the plate.

It was very lucky for Star Ocean that some guy decided to step up and not let it die.
