First up is the brilliant theme to A Fistful of Dynamite, a.k.a Duck, You Sucker! and Giù la Testa, composed by Ennio Morricone. You just don't hear themes of this calibur anymore.
Next up is the little known but gorgeous theme to The Man From Deep River, composed by Daniele Patucchi. I've never seen the movie and nor do I care to -- the theme song alone is good enough. In a way it's kinda reminiscent of the overworld themes from Lunar 2. Next is the beautiful, somber theme to The Deer Hunter titled Cavatina, composed by Stanley Myers. Again, I don't care for the movie in question but the theme is just incredible. I wanted to post Joseph Koo's theme to A Better Tomorrow but unfortunately the original is nowhere to be found, just a couple of reworkings. With regards to the movie uploads to YouTube, the theme is played back a touch slower than should be and is of poor quality to boot. I don't know why. Another notable mention is the theme to Enter The Dragon by Lalo Schifrin, but who hasn't heard that theme by now?

Star Wars of the choices in the OP.
The Top Gun theme song is an epic theme song, and even more so when i found out Steve Stevens played it.

Very few themes that I can think of that are so iconic and suit a show so well. (That's why Batman also sticks out for me)

^ Oh yeah. Up until Cowboy Bebop, I kind of gave up on anime. The music alone forced me to give it a serious chance. And I'm glad I did. Probably my favorite anime of all time. Every session is extremely watchable to me, with the exception of 'Heavy Metal Queen' which is just very watchable. ;)
