Not sure, the one in Kingston was. Doesn't hurt to check, I'm going to check Belleville's tomorrow.

Yeah it looks more like an interactive movie. Perhaps a little dated now but the creepy atmosphere still looks interesting. There's also a D2 that is more action oriented. I'll definitely pick those games up if I ever find them.

The 'happy videogame nerd' did a pretty good review of sorts about the game(and also D2) and it's background:

Is that Kings Field game you bought from From Software? Been curious about that series ever since Demons Souls. The PS1 games are only on Japanese PSN unfortunately. Tell us how the game is after you played it.

I was playing it a bit the other night. It is hard. You basically start off the game with no equipment or money, which I couldn't believe. And I died, alot.

I hated this one part in D, it was a part with a boulder and I always messed it up, I hated it!

You have to find the 3DO version for the sake of completion (I only played it on 3DO)

I can't imagine that would be any easier than using a mouse. In fact, it would take much more work with all of the hand gesturing and physically moving the hand all over the place. I bet this is marketed to people who like Kinect over normal control pads or something.

will let you know when i can be bothered to plug it into my mac ..i played around with one a while ago and tbh after using itouch and ipad for so long its seemed very good tbh and for wht i use a mouse for really good .. oviously Iwouldnt use it for gaming etc but for general stuff seems really good, and just as intuitive as touching tghe screen on the ipad etc

anyway will let you know when im at home with time to sort it out, will prob leave it until the new OS drops as its been built a bit around the magicpad. A friend of mine into music production for a living swears by it over a mouse when using logic and reason etc

I thought the same thing when I looked at it. I <3 my logitech g700 mouse. The scroll wheel has a switch to go from standard "click" scrolling or a free scrolling wheel to make scrolling large docs and even webpages easier.
