It depends platform for me. For PC, it's digital; Steam and GOG.com provide the two best services around and really have cracked digital distribution for me, they beat retail by a mile, and combine that with the insane deals on stuff like Greenman and I'm golden.

On consoles however digital is still a long ways to go before it matches the quality that Steam provides, so I stick to retail there.
