I'm not sure if it is an exclusive and the site mentions a preorder bonus will be annouced soon; keep in mind unless it sells out prior to release Capcom Store typically will include the bonus items until they run out, even after release.

PLEASE NOTE: The content in the PS3 Anthology version differes from the Xbox 360 Archives version.

See Below:

Also included are the 2 extra downloadable episodes “Lost in Nightmares” and “Desperate Escape”, 2 bonus costume packs and the online multiplayer “Versus Mode”.
For $89.99, see that to me is a good special edition, where you get more games. Although I have all the RE's but I give them an E for Effort. Plus making it $89.99 and not $99.99, thumbs up. They're all downloadable wish they were disc.

Edit: well PS3 gets 1-6 but no Code Veronica, 360 only gets Code Veronica and up with the Degeneration movie. So it continues another uncomplete collection.

That's a complete set if you count numbers though (because they didn't port 0 to PS). The PS3 LE is by far the best imo. I think its a good deal when all those titles alone would cost $50.

I remember when RE4 was a year behind on PS2 and had extras like costumes and guns.

I remember this being out, then when they canned it.

Well Code Veronica is very much a true Resident Evil, regardless if it's not numbered.

They don't contain neither the REmake or RE0, the two GC exclusive RE games.

Pretty awesome deal, shame there's none of the usual special edition stuff in there too.

Pretty awesome but shit at the same time. They should have veronica in both sets as its one of the best games in the series. And they really should have ported the remake and RE0 into it. Not enough people played those. Its time to bring them back.

I bet they just threw in whatever worked with little to no porting. If they were going to go through the work to port games to 360/PS3, it wouldn't be free.

Naa, both REMake and RE0 are exclusive to Nintendo systems and Nintendo wouldn't have allowed it ever, their absence is justified. It's like when people said Twin Snakes should have been in the MGS collection; wouldn't ever happen.

I wonder why they had different bundles for different platforms though, it's weird. If I had no Resident Evil games and 6 was my first one, I'd probably pick up the PS3 version because of it having every numbered entry.

Do you people not have Wii's that play Gamecube games and not already have REmake and Zero?

Nintendo told you to buy one along time ago, they also told you Wii was the best system ever, you didnt listen.

I remember renting the original RE when I was young, such an awesome game. I'd be the person to get this, but I own most of the originals already on hard disc. And the only thing I hadn't really played is the Lost in Nightmares DLC.

But honestly; owning them in a huge box set (discs) would be a lot more of a collectors piece. Redeeming codes make me feel like I missed out on the whole experience unless its a remake.

It's probably the better collectors because it comes with games instead of stuff that would collect dust.

There is no 100% complete collectors I take it? At least with the MGS collection on PS2 you got PSOne MGS!

On the main magicbox page it says the PS3 version doesn't get 5 either, but the 360 does.

PS3 Special Edition looks nice to me as I have Code Veronica already downloaded to my PS3 and I don't like RE5. I may try to get that one if I get it at all
