Pretty sure both brightness and contrast are in GTA4 settings. And like Alucard said there's programs out there that can do it. If you're running a nVidia card, you can edit brightness and contrast in the control panel, I'm sure ATI will have something similar. I don't use ATI though.

edit: the problem had nothing to do with the monitor/in game brightness settings. was missing xliveless, which is required for icenhancer/enb.

Couple reviews. First one is PRoject Reality, a bumped up Battlefield 2 mod. Second is the star wars COD mod.

Now thats tasty. Especially the way the wood looks. Not sure why they felt the need to change the armour colour though. Sorta pointless.

I've played Project Reality back when Bf2 was still in a big swing. The amount of work this team did was incredible to say the least. The levels, new content, units would be $300 of DLC in today's market.

The biggest down side is sadly the gameplay. The game has tons of servers but no players. I recall finally joining up in a full server one time. I played as US marines and my spawn point was a aircraft carier. All 32 members of my team were on this carier. There was no boats, no helicopters, no nothing. We were stuck by design of the mechanics. After 32 mins the server spawned us a Helicopter that could transport 3 people at a time.

I would consider myself lucky enough to be one of the first to get a ride, if 26 other teams mates didn't disconnect from how boring the game had become. The helicopter brought us to a outpost were I got out, injured myself in the process, bleed out for 5 mins till death, and then I disconnected.

well yeah the game itself story wise is shit but that is the point of mods...actually makes it worth playing as a sandbox. You use the trainer and teleport anywhere, set any weather or time of day, spawn whatever cars u want, etc. the missions are horrible. if i try to do missions i end up just driving around running over pedestrians in 1st person, causing mayhem, etc. that's really what gta is about to me anyway.

Anyone have some good mod suggestions for TES: Morrowind? I played it on the xbox, but want to play it again in anticipation of Skyrim.
