Well the opening ceremony finished. Just as I expected 3/4 of it was pretty shit. No surprise you useless poms. The organizer should be shot for having Mike Oldfield there playing and instead focusing on two stupid looking teenagers and their really shitty love story. How the fuck does the guy, who finds the girls phone cause shes a stupid bimbo and forgot it somewhere, call her on her phone saying I HAVE YOUR PHONE LETS MEET? The industrial part at the start was the best part. Should of stopped there. Greeces opening is still the best.

Why do people even get excited about watching the opening ceremonies? Who cares? No sporting events happen. It's just people standing around doing useless shit that doesn't matter.

 I thought the Beijing Olympics was kind of fun to watch. I guess there is a lot of excitment since everybody sort of participates, and not to mention the celebrities / musicians that show up.

Best thing about the opening ceremony was Rowan Atkinson, and the start was pretty cool too, but I couldn't give a shit about the Olympics whether it's in Australia, Britain, or fucking Tonga. Boring to me.

also won't mind seeing australia losing at all sports (won't happen tho  )
