Is there a way to fix joy-con drifting?

I am playing Trial of Mana for Switch, and the joy-con started drifting, it's very difficulty to play as the character will move and act randomly on its own, it's super annoying.

I tried to re-calibrate the joy-con but it's still doing it, are there any other ways to fix or at least mitigate the issue?

its usually dirt or dust inside the analog. at the base of the stick, you will notice rubber that can be lifted up. Get some Isopropyl alcohol on a swab/qtip and make it go inside the analog stick underneath the rubber. Leave it to dry for 30/1 hour, really less than that but better to let it fully dry out. This worked for me. But it might not work on the first time doing this, I had to do it twice to get it almost done.

Only other way to fix it is to order in a new replacement analog and replace it.

hope it works, but remember, you might have to do it more than once or twice.

If it doesn't fix it, the analog actually could be busted and need replacing. It's a pretty flimsy controller. Why I bought 3rd party ones that are more like pro controllers instead for handheld mode and then just used the pro controllers on the TV. Only crappy thing with those is that they drain the battery faster and no rumble at all.

It works perfectly! I used a spray instead of cotton swab on the controller stick, seems to work just as well, and the drifting is gone for good. Thanks Spidy
