cracked disks
My Rome total War disk started out with a small crack in the middle and it has grown outward and is now threatening the outer rim of the disk, is there any way to stop the crack or will I just have to replace it?

Best you can do is make a copy of it. How did you manage to crack it and have the thing still working.

I buy used games all the time and i have to ask myself this question, how is it possible for anyone to get cracks or marks on a cd?
Just keep it in case and it should be fine. Just get the damn fix or buy another one or make a backup i guess. |

make a backup of it. I don't see any reason for you to buy a new copy of the game.

i got pc game disks everywhere in my room, the console based games are all neatly in there boxes
 but the pc ones are out of control, i can at least count 40 out right now!i got at least 3800 pc games lol. and ive had it once almost 1000 out rofl.
