Atelier Ryza sales top 150,000 in first week in Japan

Bust and thigh size maybe playing a big part of this? Would this make Square Enix to reconsider the design of Tifa in FF7R?

Strongest sales in series history.

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout sold more than 150,000 copies during its first week of release in Japan last week, according to a Wall Street Journal report.

According to the outlet, pre-orders for the game outpaced those for recent games in the 22-year-old Atelier series, and sales were the fastest for any title in series.

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout launched PlayStation 4 and Switch on September 26 in Japan, and is due out for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam on October 29 in North America and November 1 in Europe.

It does look like a significant graphical leap for the series.

With that said, i was never able to get into this series because of it's premise.

If there is something i find super boring on RPG's, it's gathering and crafting. It's the meat of this series and therefore why i do not go for it.

Nem, you don't need to play the game if it is not your thing but I would still recommend to listen to the soundtrack. You ll be surprise. Check it out at YouTube.

I took a quick look. It sounds upbeat, wich can be nice. But yeah... don't think the games are for me. They do look decent though. So, it's a me problem here.
